Eric Johnson has been performing land, home, commercial, insurance and environmental inspection in Hawaii for 17 years. He was the Director of Specialty Inspection for Island Inspections and the Engineering Manager for The Fairmount Orchid Resort. He has project managed over $15 million dollars in construction, renovations, and environmental remediation. Eric was the first to develop and market land inspections for clients and real estate agents in escrow in 2005 for Island Inspections. He has helped hundreds of people ensure they were making a good purchase. Eric also has a Bachelors Degree in Business Communications & Management, as well as a Masters Degree in Education from UH-Hilo.
Denim Cretton
Co-Owner
Denim Cretton is a father, teacher, and business consultant in the Puna District of Hawai’i Island. He has a Master’s in Education and two Business degrees in International Business and Marketing from the University of Hawaii at Manoa. He has been an active business consultant in the Puna community in addition to teaching. He has helped open two art galleries, consults for various land and farming developments, and actively consults for several educational charter schools in Hawai’i. His local upbringing, knowledge of the land, and many local contractor contacts adds an invaluable resource to your Hawai’i land development, pursuits, and dreams.
